How we operate
At the heart of our business operating system is a set of principles that keeps us working toward the same goals and values that we live by each day. The principles are based on creating a lean, problem-solving culture that empowers everyone to better serve our customers through creating innovative products, eliminating waste from our processes, and delivering the exceptional standards we expect in our work.
Above all else, we operate safely. Sending our associates home safe every day to their families is foundational to JELD-WEN and is embedded in our values. By setting and communicating our shared safety standards, we empower every JELD-WEN associate to intervene and stop work to address at-risk conditions immediately, without fear of retaliation.
