Ukraine recruitment
As the war in the Ukraine erupted, we began recruiting Ukrainian refugees and engaging them with our business. As of mid-2023, approximately 80 refugees are employed in our plants in Estonia and Latvia. Committed to fostering an inclusive environment, our team has embraced the complexity of bringing a new language to the sites and ensuring that health and safety signs and training materials are translated into Ukrainian.
